HI AND WELCOME

I´m Rebeca Sanchez, and I am an industrial and service designer. My passion lies in creating user-centered solutions that make a positive impact on the user’s experience. The challenge of understanding people´s needs and creating feasible proposals is one of my main motivations, while working collaboratively with the different stakeholders involved.

With over 6 years of experience, I´ve worked on a wide range of projects involving system implementation, employee experience, healthcare, and new concept generation. This experience has helped me to learn and develop a wide range of tools of the UX and service design process such as: user research, wireframing, prototyping and visual design.

My main areas of expertise are: Service Design | User Research | Conceptual UX Design | Data analysis and visualization | CX Strategy.
